What the statuses mean

After you request something, it shows a status:

Status	What it means
Requested / Pending	Waiting for approval (usually automatic and fast)
Processing	The system found it and is downloading — almost there
Available	It's in the library — go watch it

Typical timing: most things arrive within minutes to a few hours.

When it takes longer — and why:

Brand-new releases: a movie that's still in theaters (or just left them) may not exist yet in good quality. The system keeps watching for it and grabs it automatically when a proper copy appears — sometimes weeks later. Your request isn't lost.
Very old or obscure stuff: rare films, foreign releases, and deep-catalog TV sometimes just can't be found. If something sits unfilled for a long time, mention it to Hayden — occasionally he can find it another way.
