House rules

Short list, honor system:

1. Don't share your login. Accounts are per-person. If someone else in your house wants in, ask — additional accounts are easy to make.
2. Be patient with requests. New requests usually arrive on their own within minutes to hours. Requesting the same thing repeatedly doesn't speed it up.
3. Say something when it's broken. If a movie won't play or looks wrong, tell Hayden ([CONTACT]) — it's usually a quick fix, and he'd rather know than have you silently give up.
4. Expect the occasional outage. If nothing loads at all, the house internet or the server is probably having a moment. Check back in a bit; if it's been down for many hours, feel free to ping Hayden.
5. Keep it in the friend group. Please don't post the website addresses publicly or hand them around beyond people Hayden knows.
