Does this cost anything? No. It runs on my hardware, my electricity, and my refusal to have normal hobbies. If gratitude strikes, I take payment exclusively in snacks and good movie recommendations. The exchange rate is generous.

Can my partner / kid get their own account? Please run it by Hayden. I'm building this mostly for friends and colleagues at the moment.

Can more than one of us watch at the same time? Yes, a few simultaneous streams are fine.

Why does a movie look grainy / soft? You're seeing the file as it exists — some older or lower-quality releases just look that way. If a movie seems unusually bad, tell Hayden; a better copy can often be swapped in.

Why did my request disappear / not show up? Check its status on the requests site (see Requesting Stuff → What the statuses mean). Brand-new releases can take weeks to become available in good quality.

I forgot my password. No reset email exists — ask Hayden to set a new one.

Is my watch history private? Server-side, an administrator can see playback activity (that's true of every streaming service). Nobody's reading it for fun.
